Do I need my own vehicle?
Usually no. Properties provide the carts and shuttles. Your operator will tell you what's required at your property.
How and when do I get paid?
Payouts are sent to the Stripe account you connect, after completed rides. Timing follows Stripe's payout schedule.
Am I an employee or an independent driver?
It depends on the property. Some work with gig drivers, others employ their drivers. Your operator will tell you which applies.
What do I need to apply?
You must be 18 or older and able to take a clear photo of your identification. The property reviews and approves your application.
When is my location shared?
Only while you're on an active ride, so riders can see you coming. It's cleared when you delete your account.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from inside the driver app at any time.
